Alter your Blog Design

Another solution for larger images is to alter your blog design slightly.  By going to the Design tab and choosing the Template Designer option, you will be presented with a multitude of ways to alter your design.  Experiment with some of these options to make your blog even more suitable for your use and personal preferences.


If you want to have a larger body area for your post text, then you can choose the Layout option and select the Body layout in the below image.  This will maximize your text body area and place your archive of posts below your post texts.  Choosing any of the other options will allow you similar changes as your rearrange or edit your gadgets.

You can also change the width of the body area by resizing that with a slider option shown in this image.  But keep in mind that not all viewers will have extra wide screens.  It is good not to go too wide without testing the results on smaller monitors to make sure the blog is displaying correctly for those users.
